All claims are managed by Proclaim Management Solutions on behalf of York Underwriting. They work with our experienced underwriting team to ensure continuity and clarity.

How to Lodge a Claim

Lodging a claim with York Underwriting is a simple 4-step process. 

You will receive confirmation that your claims form has been lodged, and if our third party claims partner, has questions, they will be in touch.

Complete the Claims Form

Download our claims form and complete in full so we have all the essential information.

Email the Claims Form

Email the completed claims form to both proclaim@proclaim.com.au and  claims@yorkunderwriting.com.au

Attach Supporting Documents

If you have any supporting documentation such as invoices, reports, or images, please attach these with your claim.

Confirmation and Next Steps

Once we’ve received your claim, we will be in touch quickly to ensure we have all the details to start the claims process.
